Malaga vs Real Sociedad (9/10)
Malaga are flying high this season in La Liga, currently sitting 4th in the table. Reaching these dizzying heights can be attributed to their excellent home form. With 16 games played at home, their form reads 11-2-3. They’ve won six of their last seven home games. Real Sociedad sit 15th in the table and have a poor away record. From 16 away games they’ve won three, drawn three and lost ten. They’ve lost five of their last six games on the road too.
Malaga at 1.44 is a generous price and could be considered a high priced banker.
Ruch Chorzow vs Gormik Zabrze (8/10)
It’s all to play for in the Polish Ekstraklasa league and the home side are right amongst the challengers. Currently sitting in 3rd, they’re only four points from the lead. So Ruch Chorzow will be looking to continue their push for the title. They face Gormik Zabrze who are 7th. Not a bad team by any means, but the majority of their points have come at home. They’re away record tells a different story – 2-5-5.
Ruch Chorzow have been excellent at home having won eight games, drawing once and losing three times. They’re unbeaten in the last five home games, winning four of those. The price of 1.91 is definitely worth a play.
Sivasspor vs Bursaspor (6/10)
Today’s big bet comes from the Europa League play off in Turkey. Sivasspor have fallen from grace since the beginning of February. This is off the back of a purple patch where they went 11 games undefeated.
Bursaspor’s form coming into this game since February looks like 8-2-3. One of those wins came away to Sivasspor, where Bursaspor left with all three points in a 4-1 win – this was the last game both teams played.
Sivasspor could be looking for revenge, but it seems they have lost confidence. Much like the play offs in England, I think form going into these types of games are all important. At 2/1, I think Bursaspor are worth a punt.
