We’re back! We can finally wave goodbye to International football (for now) and welcome back domestic football. The weekend is once again filled with games from across the globe. Lets start with the odds on shout.
Roda JC vs FC Twente
Twente have flown out of the traps with four wins out of four games – scoring 12 goals in those games. Nine of those goals were scored in the last two games so confidence is high. They travel to a Roda JC side who won their first game of the season but are now on a three game losing streak conceding eight goals and only scoring the solitary goal. Twente should win this easily at a generous 1.53.
Legia Warsaw vs Podbeskidzie
Legia Warsaw have won three of their four games with a 3-1 scoreline in each. They take on the newly promoted side Podbeskidzie who have drawn three times and lost twice in their five games. However, they have failed to score in three of the five games and with Legia Warsaw playing at home and finding the back of the net easily, I can only see the home side winning who are priced at 1.33.
Mjallby vs Norrkoping
Mjallby had their five game unbeaten run come to halt by a very good GAIS side recently. They’ll be looking to start another unbeaten streak with a win against a Norrkoping side who don’t like travelling to say the least. Out of 11 games, Norrkoping have lost eight games, generally with their opponents scoring two or more. Mjallby have a decent record against the bottom half of teams in the league at home. Mjallby also won convincingly when they travelled to Norrkoping earlier in the season with the score 3-0. Mjallby for a home win is priced at 1.67.
Despite Charlton only taking a point from their last home game, I think this will only spur them on to make sure they get all three points. Charlton remain unbeaten and always create chances. Had it not been for some last ditch defending from Sheffield Wednesday, they could have been comfortable victors. Exeter are the visitors and with four losses in six games, Charlton should have enough to see past them. Charlton are priced at 1.57.
