Betting Preview: Cup Games From Denmark, Czech Rep and France

More cup games but this time not from England. I’ve delved into the world of the unknown to find a five team accy from Landspokal in Denmark, Coupe de la Ligue in France and Pohar CMFS In Czech Republic. Again, using the same strategy in cup games, I’ve picked ties where the teams are competing in different leagues and betting on the favourites.

FC Brno vs Mlada Boleslav

The away side have had a cracking start to their campaign in the top Czech league. They are unbeaten in all five games, winning three of them and sit 3rd. The hosts have just been relegated from the top league and haven’t started life in the 2nd tier as they are without a win in their four games. Mlada Boleslav are priced at 1.70.

Vysocina Jihlava vs Sigma Olomouc

Sigma Olomonuc on the face of it look like they have had a poor start with no points after five games. Looking closer, they have had nine points deducted for reasons I can’t find. Had it not been for the points deduction, they would have nine points with two wins and three draws. They take on a 2nd tier side who have accumulated four points from five games. Sigma Olomouc have scored eight goals in their last four games and should have too much for the hosts. They are priced at 1.70 also.

Allerod vs Naestved

Next we have the Landspokel and Danish 2nd tier Naestved go to 4th tier Allerod. Both have indifferent form going into this game but Naestved did score four away goals against a ver ygood Ebsjerg side and the separation in terms of leagues, the away side should win comfortably. They are priced at 1.30.

Skovbakken vs Fredericia

Fredericia are top of the Danish 2nd league with two wins and a draw. Skovbakken are a decent team with two wins, a draw and a loss in the 3rd tier. However, during the weekend they lost 5-1 showing their defensive fragility. Fredericia are priced at 1.36

Montpellier vs Amiens

Montpellier, perhaps surprisingly, sit top of Ligue 1 and confidence must be high. Impressive wins against Auxerre and Lille, they finally succumbed away to Lyon which is no embarrassment. They take on a Ligue 2 side are 2nd bottom and are still looking for their first win after five games. One team flying high against lower league opposition who are in poor form, this should be an easy win for Montpellier who are priced in 1.36.
